Our Faculty
Experience
All of our classroom teachers are Montessori certified at the level they are teaching. We also have two Washington state certified teachers and all of our staff bring a wealth of experience to the classroom in terms of both educational training and broad life experience. Our staff is extremely dedicated to the school as evidenced by how long they have taught here and their involvement in the community.

Early Childhood
- Jerry Wing, teacher, with the school since 1984.
- April Shiosaki, teacher, has been with the school since 1998.
- Emma Elliott, teacher, has been with the school since 2005.
- Shernaaz Palkivala, assistant, has been with the school since 2006.
- Erika Parmelee, assistant, has been with the school since 2008.
- Cindy James, assistant, has been with the school since 2009.
Elementary
- Rebecca Smith, upper elementary teacher, has been with the school since 1990.
- Patti Schlegelmilch, lower elementary teacher, has been with the school since 1998.
- Teresa Falavigna, lower elementary teacher, has been with the school since 2001.
- Candy Kiehn, assistant, has been with the school since 1997.
- Rayna Meuer, assistant, has been with the school since 2008.
- Mackenzie Robinson, assistant, has been with the school since 2009.
- Faith Presley, educational program assistant, has been with the school since 2007.
